Our beautiful Victorian Villa has been lovingly restored to offer you the warmest welcome in the heart of Royal Deeside, Scotland.

Perfectly placed on a quiet, desirable road in the centre of beautiful Ballater, Eastbank is just a stone’s throw away from the acclaimed Golf Course, plus tennis courts and bowling green. It is also right by the River Dee, for beautiful walks or a spot of fishing. Ideal for the large family gathering, or for groups of cyclists, golfers or walkers enjoying all the beauty that Ballater, Royal Deeside, the Cairngorms National Park and Scotland have to offer.

Eastbank can comfortably accommodate 8-10 (plus cot) in 4 large double bedrooms, each with either their own private bathroom or en-suite. There is an extra travel cot if you would prefer to have baby in your room.

A huge family kitchen and cosy log burner in the lounge add special touches to this Highland Holiday Cottage, and outside space is equally beautiful whether you want peace to relax or space for the kids to play!

Ballater is a tourist attraction in its own right, but is also centrally placed for exploring the rest of Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park, Aberdeenshire, Inverness, Perthshire, and the Scottish ski resorts of Glenshee and The Lecht. A perfect base for discovering Scottish castles including the fabulous Balmoral, and for the great whisky distilleries this area has to offer.
